Oil Pollution
We can provide Marine Oil pollution liability coverage for a wide range of vessels. Underwritten through Lloyds of London, we are able to provide Limits of liability from $800,000 to $300,000,000. Coverage is written as per the London US Vessel Pollution Insurance form.
In addition we are able to offer Fines, Penalties and Defense cover on a limited basis by endorsement. We can have Evidence of Financial Responsibility Forms (CG-5586) issued to satisfy the financial responsibility requirements of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 as required by the USCG. Additionally, when requested we can obtain Alaska and California COFR’s.
